Cancelling Personal Training

I just signed up with the Gold's Gym and they will not let me cancel the membership or reimburse me for prepaid training even though I live 40 miles away and used to just work nearby.

I haven't used any of the personal training sessions and he claims that the $800 are non-refundable and I cannot cancel the membership. What are my rights? I signed up less than 2 months ago.
