Great product POOR customer service

I would love to give a 5 star because it is a great program and I have learned a lot .However, the unclear and miscommunication is a BIG problem and expensive one on the clients part and that makes me very unhappy and very reluctant to refer anyone here. I want to give a 1 for misrepresentation and poor communication and dishonestly and a 5 for the program so I guess 3 is fair. I felt more like a number than a client. As much as I love the material I don't have ANY trust with this company at all. They are about selling and not serving.
