Harder than I thought

It was actually an intense class with little breaks. So don't expect a lot of playing around. You need to be in class and soak up every word to pass the AFAA exam. Take notes in class. I didn't study before the class, because I got the book late, but I also have a BA in Fitness Management(that was YEARS ago though) so it was hard still. I barely passed the written. So yea it is actually hard. I would recommend starting read book a couple months before going to the work shop. I would like to stress again the most important part is going to the class and really focusing in for the entire workshop. It's not a free ride.
