Home-Based Personal Trainer Business

I just found out that most homeowner insurance companies will drop you if you run a home-based PT business, regardless of your BOP, professional, etc. insurance coverages. What other option is there? I am a afraid now that even if I don't train people out of my house and I decide to train them outdoors or at their houses, my insurance company will still drop me thinking that I am training out of the house because my business will have my homes address.
