Just Passed ACSM

I just passed the ACSM CPT test. I studied off and on for about 4-5 weeks. I do have a background in some personal training and I have a health and exercise science degree. I feel like the $30 quizzes on this website definitely helped. I wrote down everything I was unfamiliar with and just made a ton of note cards. Im not going to write the topics that are on the test, there are several posts on this website that are invaluable under the acsm exam discussions and I would just be repeating that info. The post where the guy posted 100ish things extremely helped.

Go through everything in the certification review book, the posts on this website, and the practice quizzes in the certification review and the paid ones on this website. If you don't know something look it up. It will seem like a ton of info but it will help you pass. I'm glad im done, good luck.
