Menopause

As a trainer going through peri menopause I am not as lean as I used to be. My waist isn't as small and I am not as firm. I am not So "obviously" fit. I'm still in good shape....but not what I used to be. How do you guys deal with that feeling? I'm going to keep working on being strong and healthy but My body used to speak for itself, now I find it's mumbling ;)
