I highly recommend this class. You can learn whether you are a seasoned or a new trainer. I was a new trainer and was surprised to see how much even more seasoned trainer were learning.
Be prepared to workout too!

The live workshop helped me out so much, all the things i was unsure or confused about was cleared up. The instructors are GREAT and give you the feeling they wrote the NASM book themselves. I'd definately reccomend taking it!
