When you are just starting out as a trainer it can be a struggle to come up with personal training ideas to make your exercise programs fun. Even experienced trainers get in a rut and should explore other personal training ideas. You can purchase high quality workout DVDs or read body building workout books, but these videos will get you through the basic strength training exercise workout.
I have created this Free Online Video Guide to spark some inspiration. The video guide offers personal training ideas in three main areas.

- Outdoor Workout
We will start looking for personal training ideas by going through the basic exercise demonstrations. You can also skip ahead to
the Full Body Gym workout or the Outdoor Workout.
Basic Exercise Demonstrations
These videos are short (1-2 minutes) and very basic but are very useful for new trainers. Watch how the trainer interacts with the client. These videos aren't perfect so remember to submit a comment if you have a suggestion about performing the exercise.
