Building your personal training routine can be intimidating if you aren't completely familiar with all of the components. Our free online video guide will take you through the steps of a full body personal training routine including strength training exercise programs.

We are going to start building a personal training routine that can be performed at any fitness club and even in some home gyms.
The videos are short (1-2 minutes) and sometimes don't demonstrate the exercise perfectly, so if you have a suggestion please submit a tip.

Insider Tips
I wouldn't necessarily design a personal training routine doing these exercises in this order. I prefer to work on the back and abdomen first and then move to the lower body and end on the upper body. But be careful to work out the large muscle groups first to avoid injury.
