CrossFitter by nature!

I took the ACSM cPT test two days ago. Passing is 550 and I scored 644 :-). I owe a huge thanks to the fine people who submitted testimonials on here and the Prep Course offered. It was the best $33 I've spent in a longggg time!! I probably studied accumulatively 40-50 hours Here's one thing I'd say to study

RISK FACTORS!
-obesity
-sugar levels
-HDL/LDL/TOTAL levels
-hypertensive levels
-age
-family history
-personality categories
-lifestyle factors (smoking, sedentary, etc)
REALLY GRASP AN IDEA OF ANY DIFFICULT SCENARIO

Know Nutrition:
Caloric values for macro nutrients
-% of dietary consumption for each
-athletic application for each

Know Eccentric vs. Conentric with MANY primary lifts/movements
-the inhale and exhale for each as well

Antagonist/agonist and what the literal meanings are

know the relationships between workload/HR/etc. i.e. linear, colinear, etc

That's all I can think of hope this all helps!
