Trying to figure out how up-to-date this is 3/15/17

All these posts are great and very inspiring but, very few if any posts have dates on them. I have seen a few posts in other sections with dates as far back as 2012 so I keep wondering just how old some of these posts are. Looking forward to a reply and get the ball rolling. Thank you!

I failed my AFAA Exam twice now...I tried a different exam prep from someone else, but the AFAA exam focus more on questions about client in certain population with moderate to high risk factors + math questions, I also have a hard time about what name of the exercise, plane of motion and muscle group it's working e.g. standing cobra etc. everything else I already know i'm wondering if Katy's Exam prep can help me with those particular topics?
