What Are the Highest-Rated International Programs?

I am interested in becoming a Personal Trainer but I am perplexed by the variety of different programs available. I am interested in going to a highly-rated program. How do I know which ones are better than others. Your sight lists a number as well-rated but what is the difference after that. Also,

I really love to travel and I am married to a European. Which of these programs, if any, are well-regarded in countries outside of the United States? Lastly, I am planning on moving in the near future to Hawaii and I have had no luck finding programs that are available there. Do you know of anything?

I have noticed that there are online programs but I have my doubts about that kind of program. I tend to think that person-to-person classes make for a more effective learning curve, and more knowledgeable trainer's. Are the online programs arranged so that the student has to spend time working directly with a trainer? Please let me know,

The largest licensed school in the country. The residential program in Orlando,Florida is the most popular program for out of state residents. Its the only personal training diploma i would recommend. Hands down N.P.T.I.

In the sixteen years I have been a trainer, I have been asked for my certifications twice. I think one of those times, as I recall, was by another trainer!

Personal trainer certifications are generally a rip off. But, like any other job, you have to jump through the hoops. With all that said, I like the American Council On Exercise (ACE) as the best certification. You will get in the door of most places with that. They have a few specialty certs that are worth while also. Very good organization. The best certification I have ever come across, though is the Egoscue postural alignment specialist (PAS). Hope this helps.
